Green Mile Equine and Animal Bedding is a completely unique corrugated cardboard bedding, unlike other cardboard bedding products on the market today.

It has a unique appearance giving it better absorbency and is much easier to handle when mucking out or removing the contaminated areas.

Our equine and animal bedding is manufactured from uncontaminated waste cardboard. The corrugated cardboard is sourced locally from box manufacturing companies or directly from cardboard sheet manufacturing companies.  We are not a recycling centre which uses waste cardboard from other industries and we are not part of any other business which produces waste cardboard as a by-product. This means we as a company dedicate all our efforts to provide a premium animal bedding product and a highly professional service.

Green Mile equine and animal bedding is also 100% biodegradable and will break down within 8 – 12 weeks. It is safe enough to spread on the fields or can be used as a weed repelling compost in your garden.

 

Our bedding has been designed for equine bedding use with racing stable and equestrian horses, but through tests and word of mouth within the larger farming community it has been found to be an excellent alternative to the usual animal bedding products used by keepers of game birds, geese, chickens, dog kennels and catteries.

According to recent research by the Canadian Equine Research Council, cardboard bedding is found to be 5 times more absorbent than wood shavings, 6 times more absorbent than straw bedding and twice as absorbent than hemp bedding!
